Accessible description of the FWDN organogram
This is the organizational structure of the Federation of Women with Disability Nepal, abbreviated as FWDN.
At the top of the structure is the General Assembly, which is made up of representatives from FWDN’s member organizations.
Directly below the General Assembly is the Central Elected Executive Committee. This committee is the main elected leadership body and receives its authority from the General Assembly.
The Central Elected Executive Committee has two main branches.
The first is the Provincial Executive Committee, which represents the provincial-level structure.
The second is the Central Secretariat and Functional Committee, which oversees the organization’s central functional areas.
Below these leadership and management structures are four key functional areas. From left to right, they are:
Finance and Administration, responsible for financial and administrative functions.
Information and Communication, responsible for information sharing and communication.
Human Resource and Procurement, responsible for human-resource management and procurement.
And Program and PMEAL, responsible for programs and PMEAL, meaning planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning.
At the bottom of the organogram are the Member Organizations. These organizations are connected to the broader FWDN structure through representation and communication.
